Access to the Residence is allowed from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM, upon presentation of an identity document and authorization issued by the Reception staff.
The Customer agrees to insure their caravan against static risk, fire, and theft: the Residence assumes no responsibility in this regard and, in particular, does not assume the obligations of a custodian with reference to the caravans and other goods that the Customer freely decides to leave inside the campsite during the year, including the seasonal closure period.
The Client agrees to respect the peace and rest of others, during nighttime and daytime, keeping the volume of televisions and radios moderate, applying appropriate muzzles to their dogs, keeping their children disciplined, and preventing violent games and general noise. From 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM and after 10:30 PM, the volume of radios, televisions, and other devices must be kept to a minimum in order to respect the rest of others.
The Customer agrees to maintain the cleanliness of the environment, to use the appropriate bins for the separate collection of waste, collaborating with general hygiene and following the instructions given as necessary by the Management. Any infectious diseases must be immediately reported to the Management, which reserves the right to take necessary measures to protect the guests of the campsite.
It is prohibited to connect to the camping's electrical systems any electrical devices such as electric heaters, stoves, and electric irons or other devices not specifically designed for camping. It is also forbidden to connect to more than one power outlet without the authorization of the management.
The Customer is authorized to park their vehicle exclusively within the assigned pitch and agrees not to move it, even temporarily, to other free pitches and along the internal paths of the Residence. The same applies to boat trailers and any other means used by the Customer.
The circulation of cars within the Residence is allowed from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM at a speed not exceeding 10 km/h and only for loading and unloading purposes, after which cars must be immediately parked in the designated parking areas. Motorbikes and mopeds cannot be used and/or brought into the campsite unless the engine is turned off.
The construction of fences of any material and the use of wires and cables to delimit the assigned pitch is prohibited. The Management reserves the right to have them removed at any time, even without notice, charging the cost to the non-compliant Customer.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and cannot be allowed to roam freely in the campsite; they are also prohibited from accessing the beach and the pools. Children must always be accompanied by the adults who are responsible for them.
The Customer agrees to respect the plants, gardens, flower beds, and equipment of the campsite. It is strictly forbidden to light fires and have barbecues outside the designated areas. It is also prohibited to bring flammable materials into the campsite that have not been previously authorized by the Management. In case of fire, call the number 0431 80732 or 0431 81780.
The Customer commits to respecting the specific rules for the use of the facilities within the campsite (swimming pools, tennis courts, sports equipment, etc.) posted near such facilities or provided by the staff in charge.
Access to the campsite is prohibited for persons or animals not previously authorized and/or reported to the Management, which will apply the daily rate provided for each visitor. Minors are not accepted unless accompanied by adults. In case of violation, the Management reserves the right to report the conduct of the Customer and the unauthorized and/or unreported individual to the public security authorities, without prejudice to the application of point 14 of these Regulations.
The Customer is required to compensate for damages caused to the structures and facilities of the Residence and, in any case, for all damages resulting from the violation of this Regulation. The Customer agrees to inform their family members and guests of the contents of this Regulation and to ensure compliance with it in all its parts, assuming joint and unlimited responsibility for damages caused by the conduct of the latter.
In the event of serious and/or repeated violations of the Residence's rules of conduct, the Management reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with the defaulting Customer with immediate effect, even during the season, also in cases where the violation is attributable to a family member or a guest of the Customer, retaining as a penalty the sums paid up to that point, without prejudice to the right to compensation for any greater damage.
The Customer declares to have read this Regulation and agrees to comply with it in all its points.
